Business Automation Solutions is a teamwithin Group CIO providing consultancy services for Business Rules Management,Business Process Management and Robotics Process Automation to internal CreditSuisse project teams as well as engineering and operating platforms and toolsaround these technologies.

We offer :

  • An exciting role as operations and support engineer in our diverse team in Business Automation Solutions engineering in Zurich
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations and Support team, application owners and engineers located in India, Poland and Switzerland
  • Operations of key platforms based on third party products
  • Support a wide community of internal users around the globe
  • Based on the skills available and development possibilities, involvement in software engineering and integration activities (build and extend tools, automations, reports, dashboards)
  • Collaborate with the consulting team within Business Automation Solutions who supports the onboarding process of client applications and provides consulting to internal projects
  • Opportunity to work within an international team, to bring in your professional skills as well as your personal strengths
  • Agile working environment with advanced software products and state of the art tools
  • You offer :

  • A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent education in related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in similar position in Operations and Support of large software applications
  • Scripting or software development skills is an advantage (Shell, Python, Java, SQL, etc.)
  • Structured, independently acting and goal-oriented individual, willing to work in an open and distributed international work environment
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, German in addition would be an advantage
