    Role Overview

    The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for the production process, including the definition of machinery parameters, improvement of the standards, process engineering support for new products or process changes.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Partners with the line leader to deliver the targets of the line and ensures process stability.
  • Spends most of the time on the floor identifying, fixing problems and improving systems using Six Sigma tools.
  • Supports the Line Leader in establishing a team culture on the line.
  • Participates in the daily meetings at line level, coaching at shift level and helps in data collection, root cause analysis and analyzing the data.
  • Collaborates with the development team (RD&Q) and the Line Leader when introducing new products, optimizing recipes and changing suppliers.
  • Coordinates and executes training for the line team.
