Your reporting line will be to the Group HR Director and your ultimate success lies in the support and close collaboration with our Maisons, Markets, Talent Management, Reward & Recognition, and HR Operations.


To make an impact, you will design our end-to-end people experience strategy and implement a roadmap based on four main pillars :

  • Learning and Development you will evolve learning and development to upskill our people aligned with business requirements and New Retail
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion you advocate a culture of celebrating diversity and create an inclusive environment, which are a critical driver for performance on both individual and company levels
  • Corporate Social Responsibility you support our organizational accountability to broader social, economic, and environmental stakeholders
  • New ways of working you inspire a mindset of innovation and implement projects to promote virtual and in-person collaboration with the ultimate goal to win as a one team
  • You will make a true difference in setting up a strong and sustainable succession framework, evolve scopes, and structures.

    You ensure that we sustain and exceed our customer expectations globally while adhering to our business priorities and reinforcing our social dynamics.

    Focusing on people, you will represent the voice of our employees and ensure it has increased weight in the decision-making process at the senior management level.

    Two-way communication is key, as you need to build a constructive consensus between the Maisons and our markets. You know that increasing people engagement is crucial in long-term success, this is the reason you will support company strategies and champion them among our population through both digital and interpersonal experiences.

    We always adopt a pro-active mindset and think cross-functionally, so we are looking for an extreme collaborator to instill a "WE", instead of an "I" approach.
