You are able and willing to work flexible working hours, as business & IT teams are spread across multiple timezones (mainly Europe, US, India)The DIA IT PMO team in Switzerland consists of a pool of Project Management professionals with a focus on creating organization value through project delivery for Roche Diagnostics IT.
With our expertise in Project Management and agile delivery, we support functional IT organizations in the areas of Research & Development, Commercial, Global Functions and Site IT.
Team members are based in Kaiseraugst and Rotkreuz.Our Mission : you as a Senior IT Project Manager are accountable for the successful delivery of projects via Roche IT Project Management processes and methodologies for the IT function.
These are designed to ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
You will be reporting to the Head of the DIA IT Swiss PMO.In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including resource management, vendor activity management, tracking budgets and financial forecasts, creating and tracking detailed project plans, effectively leading and facilitating project meetings as well as proactively controlling project scope, risks and issues.
Additionally, you will effectively manage the projects across global locations and time zonesYour main tasks and responsibilities include : Identify, acquire, and lead multifunctional, global project teamsManage relationships with various IT and business stakeholders to achieve project objectivesProactively manage project priorities and ensure adherence to the agreed scope.
You will monitor, document and gain approval for changes to schedule, cost or project scopeIdentify and apply systematic quality activities to ensure that projects employ all processes needed to meet Computer System Validation directives.
Formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies; recommend and implement solutions.Who you areYou’re someone who wants to influence your own development.

You have a solid background in IT and you bring 8+ years of experience implementing IT Projects across a variety of platforms in a similar environment (Pharmaceutical / Diagnostics, Healthcare).
You have a solid understanding of Project Management Methodology concepts. You are an Agile practitioner with proven knowledge of Scrum / SAFe principles and are PMP certified.
You bring experience in virtual, cross functional project team management, leading virtual offshore teams. Preferably, you are familiar with global rollouts and releases.
In addition, you bring the following skills and competencies : Proven Organizational Change Management experienceStrong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) concepts / familiarity with HP ALM or other Application Lifecycle Management systemsExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
You are used to dealing with management issues on a global level (scope, time, cost, quality, risk, team)Strong interactive and influencing skills.
You bring excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. You are fluent in English, both written and spokenStrong customer and service management focusDomestic and international travel will be required up to 30% of your time.
