Senior Manager / Associate Director Market Access PulmonaryHypertension
Key Responsibilities :
Closelycollaborate with the Compound Market Access Lead (CMAL) to develop andimplement product market access strategies and evidence package for newproducts / indications
Collaborate andlead with Global Medical Affairs team, Epidemiology and the Market Access Hubon evidence generation including economic models, evidence synthesis,real-world evidence (RWE), utility and patient-preference studies
Be part of cross-functionalteams to advise on optimal clinical trial design and endpoint selection fromthe payers’ perspective.
Assessliterature and existing COAs, conduct gap analyses, and develop and implementplans to address COA needs. Identify and recommend appropriate COA measures andlead activities to validate available COAs.
Strategize onCOA development / modification, selection, and implementation in clinical trialswith an understanding of the clinical development program.
Develop, communicateand train regions and local teams in value arguments based on an aligned valuestory.
Preparationand participation in pricing and reimbursement negotiations as well as supportof all departments with respect to price and reimbursement topics.
Efficientlyplan and manage product and project level budgets.
Adhere toteam processes, ensure that all work is conducted in accordance withappropriate local and global SOPs.
A minimum of 4years of relevant industry work experience in Health Economics and OutcomesResearch (HEOR) or Market Access
Demonstratedhands-on expertise in pricing, HEOR, RWE and / or patient-centeredresearch. Interest to drive research and evidence generation outside yourcore-field of expertise
A thoroughunderstanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and drug development process.Deep and nuanced understanding of the major price & reimbursement systemand insight into the HTA and price & reimbursement landscape, processes,requirements and interactions.
Hands-onexperience in reimbursement submission and pricing negotiation
Ability to workacross functions and geographies and work constructively with diversegroups.
Analyticalskills and ability to propose creative and pragmatic solutions for very complexproblems.
Excellentnetworking, listening, presentation, negotiation and scientific writing skills.

Preferredlocation for this role is Allschwil in Switzerland. Other EU locations might beconsidered.
