Responsible for the LMS (Learning Management System) and the creation and implementation of digital learning content in alignment with the Global Education strategy and programmes.
Supports the Global Education Director and team in coordinating the development and delivery of Global Education training packages.
Acts as a Representative of the Global Education Team towards internal and external partners.
Your Responsibilities :
LMS & digital Training creation :
Coordinate the LMS implementation and correct functioning of the platform and relay with IT, HR and technical providers when needed.
Be the Global Super-Administrator for the LMS.
Overview the right use & functioning of the LMS in the markets in terms of regional and local administrators and end-users and act as help desk for them.
Develops E-learning and other digital training content on specific e-learning platforms or with external providers.
Suggest new ideas and approaches for digital training projects, tools and solutions.
Coordinates external digital training solution providers.
Training & Education Programme Development :
Assists with creating and implementing training and development programmes.
Coordinates preparation / production of product and Retail Academy training materials and tools including proof reading.
Makes sure that timelines and retro-planning for training programmes development until delivery to market are respected.
Participates in 360 marketing meetings and go-to-market programmes and creates presentation slides for the 360.
Coordinates the creative process when working with the internal studio and external providers in terms of graphic design, layout and visual identity for all Retail Academy programmes and assets.
Training & Education Programme Translation :
Coordinates the external companies that translate the La Prairie Training & Education materials & tools.
Ensures that timelines are respected during the translation process.
Assists to select a new company for translation if needed.
Global Training & Education Communication :
Coordinates communication on training activities and events through appropriate channels.
Provides ideas for and drafts content for digital training communication vehicles (newsletters, etc.).
Maintains training material libraries, platforms and communicates on updates.
Participation in Training Events :
Presents digital education projects during Education Events.
Addresses questions and issues received regarding global training programmes and events.
Follow-up of global Education Budget :
Follow-up of Training Budget according to budget definition by Global Education & Training Director.
Creation of new vendors in the system.
Be responsible for internal Global Education forecasting and product orders within SAP.
Creation of new vendors and Purchase Order Forms according to La Prairie process.
Coordination of Training provider invoices with La Prairie accounting department
Your Profile :
Around 10 years of related experience in digital training and preferably within beauty industry
Experience with implementation of an LMS (MUST HAVE)
Communication and pedagogical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS office
Fluent in English written and spoken (if English is not the first language almost bi-lingual)
