As a Digital IT Experience Analyst, you will have the possibility to contribute to the improvement of the productivity and satisfaction of millions of employees worldwide.
You will work in close cooperation with a Product Manager and your main responsibilities will include :
Defining best practices and guidelines to improve the IT experience of end users in the following areas : workspace (device, operating system) and services (business applications, productivity software, collaboration tools)
Defining workflows in the Nexthink product to enable the continuous improvement of the IT experience, from measurement to analysis and enhancement
Delivering or contributing to the delivery of high-quality documents and white papers
Contributing to the definition of requirements and user stories for the evolution of the product
Interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders to gather, share and validate ideas, feedback, solutions

8+ years in IT Consulting or in an IT team in a Corporate environment, with experience in projects and activities aimed at enhancing the digital working environment
You understand the main issues and challenges hindering the productivity and satisfaction of nowadays employees while interacting with their IT environment, especially in the following areas : devices (e.
g. laptop, mobile phones), operating systems (e.g. Windows, macOS), productivity & collaboration suites (e.g. Office 365, G Suite), business applications (e.
g. ERP, CRM), IT support (e.g. help desk tickets)
Open minded, you like thinking out of the box and you are extremely passionate about solving challenging, real-life problems
You have an excellent balance of technical and business skills : you are at ease in a technology environment, but you also have a clear understanding of the customer pain points.
Your top priority is to make the employees’ life easier.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are proficient in spoken and written English.
