The Business Process and ERP Vision Project team is looking for a PMO Lead who creates, directs and manages the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure the program and all included projects meet their goals and requirements.
As the person responsible for the management of our program office, you’ll have a handle on all elements of the program, from project management support and control, risk, decision and issue management, organizational change management, communications, training and testing :
you will guide and monitor project teams in their execution of project management best practices, and provide the governance project oversight, setup and manage project and program governance structures and chair the cross-
functional governance board. You will work closely with the PMOs in the different functions to ensure consistency across the entire program
In addition to monitoring and oversight activities, in this role you will lead the OCM / Comms team who is in charge to develop / execute the OCM and Comms strategy, working closely with the OCM leads in the different functions
The position requires prior experience supporting or leading a PMO, performing similar services.
To get the most out of this role, you have a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent education and min.
7 years of experience in a similar role
In-depth understanding of PM and OCM best practices, software development lifecycle.
In-depth understanding of Waterfall and Agile PM processes. Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP or PRINCE 2 ) Six Sigma and / or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly preferred
Experience as consultant, project manager in SAP ERP projects, deployments and / or Business transformation projects
Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office, Google suite
A strong track record of successful delivery in PMO roles within an IT and Business Change environment. A background in consultancy or professional services delivery would be advantageous though not essential.
A deep understanding of the impact PMO has on good project and program management.
Demonstrable experience in starting up a small PMO or elements of a larger PMO

Brilliant communications and interpersonal skills which you’ll use to relate to the project teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels including the ability to effectively communicate technical aspects to people with various backgrounds and management levels, both verbally and in writing
Strong stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
Ability to lead large group meetings / brainstorming sessions and build consensus
Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual level
Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently / with minimal supervision and great attention to detail.
