We are searching for a Solution Architect, whose primary responsibility is to create the technical architecture in projects that accelerate Swiss Re Group Operations (Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, Communications, Legal & Compliance, Procurement) along its digital transformation journey, with the goal of Swiss Re becoming a tech- and data-empowered risk knowledge company.

About the team
Customer Experience and Digital Delivery (CEDD) is mandated to shape and improve customer experience and drive the digital transformation within Group Operations, beyond traditional silos and across divisions, services and touchpoints.
In addition, the unit delivers managed customer care services on behalf of Group Operations divisions through multiple channels and acts as a single point of contact for customers through the ContactOne portal and a central service desk for all Group Operations services.
While most of your peers and many of your key partners are based in Zurich (Switzerland), the team is composed of an international workforce based in different locations and serving a global customer basis.
