THE ROLEAs a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing a successful customer experience on a company's website or mobile applications.

This is done by evaluating website traffic, sales figures, and conducting research to determine the customers' needs and how to best meet them.

You will play a key role in focusing on Experiences technologies used to enable the Business commercial plan and support the customer lifecycle across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

The role reports to the Customer experience director and will work in close collaboration with the Global E-Commerce Teams as well as IT, Brands and local markets.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlatforms* Support & Design User journey strategy across websites / apps (Global / Markets), Conduct UX strategy and design* Collect industry standard to support the Markets in operating model* Run a platform / Business Process fit gat analysis to support platform migration* Define and Write User stories to support enhancements* Build product roadmap in close collaboration with Project & Delivery team* Be in charge of the product backlog (Grooming Backlog - prioritization, estimates, updating);
  • Coordinate Production Bugs with the right parties and Coordinate testing (PO, QA, UAT )* Map the Platforms architecture : Workflow, environments and keep up to date* Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the Experience products* Follow our competitors and the industryIdentity management* Support functionalities activation : SSO, social login, progressive profiling * Ensure compliance with Data privacy regulation across the marketsAnalytics* Design and build dashboard to support performance analysis, User journey analysis, Bugs analysisYOUR PROFILEYou thrive at building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

    Key Requirements : * MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field* Digitally savvy with a strong business mind and 3-5 years of Digital platform management* Must, Experience in Adobe Experience products : AEM, Targets, Analytics * Must, Experience on PIM, DAM, Identity* Proficient in Athlassian suite : Jira, confluence, Zephyr * Ability to write and analyze user stories* Good understanding of SEO, Analytics* Project management skills* Strong analysis and reporting skills* Fluent in English (other languages- French, Italian, German etc.
