At Mitto, we’re on a mission to deliver reliable, high-quality communications between businesses and their customers, every time.

Our company was founded in 2013 with the specific aim of building a state-of-the-art Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging platform, unrivalled in reliability, that could support the requirements of a new wave of A2P services.

As the demand grew for enablement of omnichannel communications capabilities, we expanded our portfolio beyond SMS to now include voice, chat bots, all major chat apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, etc.

Google Business Messaging, RCS, myriad CRM and marketing platform integrations and, most recently, pre-built tools for bulk campaigns and conversational support chats.

We are looking for an ambitious and sales-driven Business Development Executive located in Latin America, to work remotely on identifying, opening, and growing new accounts in the telecoms, Internet and mobile app markets across the region.

What you’ll do :

  • Be responsible for sales and closing of the new business opportunities in the LATAM region.
  • Identify prospects, build pipelines and close deals ensuring long term revenue plans.
  • Manage the base of the existing clients of Mitto, creating upsell opportunities.
  • Work together with the operations team to deploy the service offered to the client and manage the account according to the Mitto team strategy.
  • Prioritise and deliver a superior customer experience to strategic customers in the region.
  • Participate in answering global clients RFP for cloud telecommunications support.
  • Continuously work with the client to identify needs and propose solutions making an impact on the Mitto product roadmap.
  • You need to bring with you :

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English (additional language such as Portuguese is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the mobile solutions sector (SMS, Voice and similar)
  • Willingness to work with an international team.
  • Experience in building strong relationships with decision makers.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross functionally both internally and externally to execute deals.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
