The Regional Distribution Performance Manager reports to the Richemont Europe Technology and Business performance Director.
The position is based in Meyrin (Geneva), within our Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie’.
In collaboration with the Group Distribution Performance team, you will actively contribute to the transformation of the Group into a data driven company, particularly through the development & roll-out of the strategic Richemont B2B2C tool.
You will be part of a team leading strategic initiatives and strongly supporting the Group as well as our Maisons in the transformation of their business operating model towards Luxury New Retail in Europe.
You will be successful in the role by
Business Transformation and Strategic Projects Management :
Leading the full roll-out of projects aiming at monitoring distribution performance (cross-teams planning, milestones, outcomes, etc.
within the European Region
Participating to the B2B2C (Booster project coordination and implementation, with all the stakeholders involved (Sales, Business, Maisons, IT, Digital, SAP, Logistic, Supply Chain ) in Europe
Co-leading the Change Management stream of the B2B2C project (communication, training, adoption) across the Group / Regions
Promoting and assisting the Retailization transformation (technology & KPIs) of our Maisons by organizing training, sharing best practices, and animating the regional community
Business Intelligence and Analytics :
Providing business insights to top management by analysing & monitoring commercial data
Driving effective data sharing using dashboards, report templates, and visualization to support Management in making strategic business decisions
Improving cross-functional processes, including various reporting optimization and data harmonization initiatives ensuring business consistency and accuracy
Performing ad hoc analysis & contributing to various strategic initiatives
Your invaluable skills we are looking for
You hold a Master’s degree or significant Diploma in Business Management / Engineering or equivalent
You have between 7 and 10 years of experience in consulting, and / or strategic project management in complex and multicultural organizations
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
You are proactive, show good judgement and come with suggestions & ideas
You have strong project management and organizational skills
You have an affinity for Technology and very strong commercial and financial acumen
You are curious about the future of distribution and evolving consumer behaviours
You have a capacity to contribute to business decision making process with strong influence skills and empathy
You have strong analytical skills and master Excel, Power Point, & Data Visualization tools
You are fluent in English, French is a plus
