Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Coordination of internal and external team meetings (venue preparation, catering)
  • Calendar management for the Global Head of Design and the Head of Brand Merchandising Europe
  • Full coordination of team meeting including travel management and related administration ( hotel, cars or flight bookings, agenda)
  • Preparing the travel expense reports for the Global Head of Design, Head of Brand Merchandising Europe and Senior Brand Merchandising Managers
  • Controlling of the expenses reports for the Brand Merchandising team members
  • Checking and processing invoices in our internal system
  • Office management tasks for the team
  • Your ideal profile :

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Excellent office management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on, precise, energetic personality with high sense of initiative and drive
  • Team-oriented attitude is essential
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Fluency in English and German language is an advantage
