Job Description

As a Team Assistant, you will be in charge of :

  • Reception : welcome guests, manage incoming phone calls,
  • Office management : office supplies order, suppliers contract management and negotiation, payments
  • Various administrative duties : correspondences, emails, memos of meetings, archiving, information files and paperwork processing
  • Executive support : agenda, travel arrangement, meeting organization
  • Personal support of the managing partners
  • You will also be involved in various ad-hoc projects.

    You have

  • a first experience in a similar role or a background in the hospitality industry
  • strong IT skills (MS Office especially) and fluent both in French and English
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • You are

  • eager to learn and demonstrate a strong ethic
  • are professional and proactive, ready to adapt in any situation, even under pressure
  • able to multi-task, a team player who is also very autonomous
  • loyal and able to handle confidential information with discretion
