For the Area of Bern / Solothurn in Switzerland we are looking for a
Sales Representatives - Orthopaedics
This person will report directly to the Country Manager.
Promote company’s products, building positive business relations with current and potential clients.
Manage sales volume for his / her area of responsibility
Ensure sales targets are met
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting and delivering new solutions and services
Assess the potential growth of the pertaining areas
Assist new and established accounts in the operating room
Contribute to the definition of agreement’s terms (prices, delivery, special conditions of sale )
Create good understanding of company solutions among prospects and build new customer base
Monitor events of potential interest for the Company and coordinate the invitations of doctors to conferences and events the Company will participate in
Ensure effective usage and proactive management of consignment inventory
Ensure implementation of any product issues, safety alerts, recalls, etc.
Prepare commercial reports
Must have experience within the Orthopaedic sector
Must have sales experience in Orthopaedics
The candidate needs to be located within the territory
Flexibility to travel
