Position Overview :

The Connect Me Remote Sales Representative is an office-based role responsible for selling ENT products and service solutions to our customers and thus improving the overall MDT customer experience by a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability.

The primary focus of the position will be growing & maintaining sales revenue supporting the sales execution in several selected customer & Product.

You are part of the overall Commercial team in your Business Unit and country and works closely with the Field Sales, Marketing & Lead Generation Team as well as the KAM, IHS and tender organization (if applicable).

Position requires excellent communication & negotiation skills, strong capabilities to understand customers & prospective customers with ability to close deals with customers to deliver results effectively with drive and team work.

The Connect Me Remote sales Representative will work in close cooperation with the BU stakeholders in the country reporting to the Business Unit sales Managers.

A day in the life of :

  • Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors and general market trends
  • Identify Target Accounts, Opportunities & Customer Priorities, build solid Account Plan and identify & advance Key Stakeholders, Champions and Decision Makers
  • Promote assigned product portfolio remotely using all available technology
  • Lead price & contract negotiations
  • Deliver on-going product servicing by delivering accurate product information and forecasting and active supply chain management
  • Manage Lead Generation / qualification process
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers
  • Ensure repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions making process & patterns
  • Improve tender submission quality by preparing high quality supporting documents
  • Support pricing strategy development, assist in tender submission, maintain accurate tender data base
  • Utilize all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency (SFDC).
  • Requirements : - Ability to quickly "grasp" business / healthcare environment- Minimum 2 years of remote sales experience in Medical Devices or High-Tech environment is a plus- Fluency in local language (German and French) and at least intermediate level in English

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities, and achievement drive
  • Consultative interaction skills with customers, prospective customers, and fellow employees.- Field sales experience or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers
  • Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone
  • Willingness to travel (max up to 20%) to selected accounts
