Your team

Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.

The traditional Business Continuity Management (BCM) established as a Pictet group-wide function continues to evolve into the broader domain of Operational Resilience.

In addition to BCM activities across all Pictet Group entities the new organisation will include the coordination of the future Operational Resilience activities and objectives.

As Senior Operational Resilience Officer you will play a major role during this transition and work closely with the different Business Lines in the organisation.

Your role

Taking part in defining Operational Resilience solutions and their implementation for all vital services.

Coordinating and reviewing group-wide business impact analysis. Acting as the product owner of the BCM system.

Contributing to the organisation of Crisis Management exercises.

Ensuring that BCM continuity sites are operational and planning tests of Business Continuity solutions in other departments.

Working closely with the IT division to define and test Disaster Recovery Plans.

Providing subject matter expertise input to Due Diligence, RFP and audit enquiries.

Leading change management projects.

Supporting the Group Crisis Coordinator in case of a group-wide crisis activation.

Your profile

10 years’ experience in Banking Operations with strong knowledge of end-to-end banking processes combined with BCM know-how and skills.

Master’s degree or equivalent.

Project management skills with ability to lead key initiatives and change management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to express yourself in a structured way, both orally and in writing.

Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken.

You are solutions-oriented, proactive and have excellent communication skills. You should possess strong analytical and technical skills together with proven diplomatic and interpersonal skills.

You should be able to work autonomously and collaborate well with other co-workers.
