Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation, Risk and Tax departments.
The traditional Business Continuity Management (BCM) established as a Pictet group-wide function continues to evolve into the broader domain of Operational Resilience.
In addition to BCM activities across all Pictet Group entities the new organisation will include the coordination of the future Operational Resilience activities and objectives.
As Senior Operational Resilience Officer you will play a major role during this transition and work closely with the different Business Lines in the organisation.
You are solutions-oriented, proactive and have excellent communication skills. You should possess strong analytical and technical skills together with proven diplomatic and interpersonal skills.
You should be able to work autonomously and collaborate well with other co-workers.
