Your tasks

Being a major actor in the HR strategic team in collaboration with the GF HR Corporate team, your missions are the following ones :

  • Support the HR Management in the implementation of Strategic projects, in Switzerland and worldwide.
  • Analyze the environment and propose ideas for the implementation of the strategic projects
  • Develop and prepare the necessary material for the projects for every phases
  • Help to align the roadmap of the HR strategy on GFMS strategy
  • Respect the deadlines defined in the roadmap
  • Involve the necessary resources in the project management
  • Report regularly to the steering organization
  • Support the HR Management team to implement the strategy
  • In charge of the planning and follow up of the projects
  • Bring proposals to support the change management aspects
  • Marketing actions to promote HR projects, internally and externally
  • Manage the internal communication related to the HR projects
  • Take responsibility and is involved in several global projects.
  • Your profile

  • Education & Training : Academic education (preferably business administration or psychology), with a specialization in HR or experience in leading HR projects
  • Experience in HR communication, Change Management and Employer Branding, preferably in industrial environment, would be an asset
  • Language : Fluent (oral and written) in English, French and / or German (oral and written)
  • IT skills : Microsoft Office
  • Personal skills : Proactive, hardworking, with strong focus on results
  • Efficient working style
  • Well organized, ability to set priorities
  • Social skills : Good communication abilities, oral and written
  • Strong team-player
