    Your ROLE with usThe Go to Market Manager for Zalando will be responsible for launching and growing the evolution of Napapijri on Zalando.

    The GTM manager will act as main account / person of reference for Zalando itself and will facilitate the communication among the different Napapijri departments (I.

    e. Product, Finance, Marketing), by being in charge of all the processes and activities related to the management of Napapijri products on the platform, from the assortment to the merchandising&selling aspects, marketing investments and financial targets.

    PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIESSTRATEGIC PLANNING (40%)

  • Work with the Digital Director to design the overall brand strategy on the platform
  • Define and implement in accordance with the Digital Director - the long-term plan on the platform from a commercial and product mix perspective
  • Monitor and track market dynamics with recommendations for future success to make sure Napapijri stays ahead of the competitionMANAGE THE BUSINESS : (60%)
  • Develop and implement an integrated GTM sales strategy for Napapijri on Zalando and support the aim of a sustainable and profitable long-term business
  • Measure & track success through KPI with aligned scorecards, adjusting strategies and actions based on the brand’s performances
  • Define and agree the seasonal GTM calendar
  • Oversee the seasonal buying campaign, including reorders, special collections,
  • Coordinate the projects related to the brand on the platform
  • Coordinate all the Napa teams involvedINFLUENCING
  • Work closely with all relevant departments to keep the sales agenda (process, focus, support) as a top priority.QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Education : University Degree or equivalent
  • Experience : about 5 / 6 years of experience in similar role
  • Excellent English
  • Commercial attitude
  • Strong in project management
  • Must have a Digital Background
  • Must be very good in creating good relationships with general stakeholders High energy, well organised, passionate, goal oriented and driven individual
  • Strong numbers background : analytical, numerate and strategic
  • Great at getting things done a doer and completer finisher able to multitask and deliver results on time
