As a software engineering manager on the digital humans team, you will support your team members and help them realize their goals and aspirations.
You will hire diverse talent and grow the team. You will build partnership and trust with other , motion / appearance capture, biophysical models, animation, simulation and rendering.
You will generate viable paths to the consumer products that will connect people in a meaningful way for decades to , let's step into the adventure of a lifetime as we make science fiction real and change the world.
Required Skills : 1. Perform architectural, design and code reviews that improve software engineering and enable more efficient and effective research.
2. Build, nurture and lead a healthy team by providing guidance, mentorship and support to software engineers.3. Analyze, evaluate, design, develop, integrate, debug and test realtime / offline AR / VR type software, and infrastructure for cutting-edge prototypes and user experiences.
4. Collaborate in a diverse team environment across multiple scientific and engineering disciplines, making the architectural tradeoffs required to rapidly deliver software solutions.
Minimum Qualifications : 5. 2+ yrs experience managing software engineers6. 3+ yrs experience in C++ or similar programming languages7.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, and bringing people together to create solutions8. Experience designing / creating software for vfx, games, computer vision systems or similar high performance environments, on large code bases that span a range of platforms and tools Preferred Qualifications : 9.
3D mathematics and applied linear algebra10. Experience using / developing game engines such as Unreal or Unity11. Experience using Python12.
Experience with Machine Learning or Computer Vision libraries13. Experience in concurrent software, networks, or embedded systems development14.
