We are looking for an Human Resources Trainee, who will start their career at Zehnder Group in our headquarters in Switzerland, with the objective to develop into an expert role in this field of profession.

Tasks during the traineeship include but are not limited to :

You will collaborate with our local and global HR team members on administrative tasks throughout the employee life cycle (like recruiting, onboarding, reporting, offboarding)

You will participate in our strategic HR projects on employer branding, succession management as well as the HRIS roll-out

You will be responsible for the realignment of our values, principles, and leadership behaviours

You will independently coordinate best practice sharing within our global HR community

You will organize our global leadership development program

You will support in conducting our global employee engagement survey Our working climate matters

To be able to do all of the above, you need to :

Educational background as a Bachelor or Master with a focus on HR matters

Fluently speak and write English and German

Know your way around Microsoft Office programs

Ambition, motivation and a pronounced hands-on and let's do it mentality as well as a passion for project work.

You also have a high degree of responsibility, independence, the ability to work in a team as well as discretion and empathy
