Job position : Exec Education (Custom programs) Client Relationship Director

The location of the job is flexible and home office based, ideally in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy.

You will report to our Senior Client Relationship Director, who is based in Switzerland.

Our Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) team is looking for a Client Relationship Director (CRD) to support the CEE market.

As a CRD you will focus on strengthening partnerships with existing clients and identifying new pockets of need, playing a significant role in the continued rapid growth in the region.

A successful candidate is highly consultative, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage 5-10 accounts and track client satisfaction and sales metrics
  • Identify new development challenges within existing accounts and recommend solutions
  • Develop proposals and ensure timely delivery of solutions
  • Support negotiation, contracting and invoicing
  • Collaborate with support teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process and maximize cross-selling
  • Contribute with ideas for new research and programs
  • The skills & experience we look for

  • 10-15+ years consultative B2B sales experience
  • Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
  • Knowledge of the executive education market and L&D needs and solutions
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Mastery of German or French and intermediate-level English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organizations
