You’ll leverage internal and external data to help us identify our targets and the best way to reach out to them. Ultimately, you’ll measure our progress towards Sales & Marketing goals and communicate this progress with dashboards and reports.
This role lives in the intersection of Marketing and Sales and reports directly to the Head of Marketing. A successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and fast-growing team to build a robust digital demand generation engine in collaboration with sales, product, content, and events marketing.

What you will doLeverage internal and external data to better understand our target market, ultimately increasing conversion rates across the funnelSegment the data & coordinate ABM, emailing and outreach campaignsReporting : Analyze and interpret results from inbound and outbound campaigns and share actionable insights with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within the company.
Own our Inbound Marketing & CRM system (Hubspot) : ensure the quality of the data, automate lead nurturing workflows and ensure processes are followed.
Automate lead qualification and ensure the sales team focuses on the right, duly qualified, leads Contribute to the success of the marketing team by contributing with best practices, creativity and new innovative ideas.
What you bring3+ years working in marketing automation / marketing operations (Hubspot preferred)Proven track record in digital marketing (B2B preferred) and / or lead generationProcess oriented and deep knowledge of Marketing automation best practices and KPIs.
Affinity for technology and a great understanding of campaign strategy / development, messaging, customer segmentation, deliverability and AB / multivariate testing.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Must love data and be good at driving learnings.Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices and compliance.
Excellent communication skills in EnglishA problem-solver mindset.Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.IT knowledge and knowing how to play around with APIs is a plus.
