Responsibilities

Help project team to understand the business domain, fill knowledge gaps

Review target architecture blueprint to ensure consistency and accuracy of the proposal from business domain point of view

Facilitate / lead discussions with business around the topics relevant to the target architecture document, help clarify requirements

Share domain best practices and innovations based on the experience

Requirements

BS or higher degree

Core banking / Finance background

Expertise managing Senior Business Stakeholders

Able to collect, understand and validate requirements

Experience with agile methodology and supporting tools used in software development (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Experience in collecting user requirements, conducting analysis of requirements to determine actions required to meet success criteria, and with user requirement acceptance / testing

Able to challenge and propose alternative solutions

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

English is mandatory and German is a plus
