Clinical Support Specialist - Vascular

Exciting opportunity to join an established company in the vascular space with large portfolio of quality products and a growing team in Switzerland.
Our client is looking for a clinical specialist / theatre nurse to join their vascular team as a clinical expert, selling their vascular product portfolio by providing practical clinical support and training to physicians / vascular surgeons across Switzerland.
Acquire excellent knowledge of the product portfolio as well as other possibly related products.
Treatment planning & related support.
Presence in the operating room and support for staff on the use of the product portfolio.
Daily contact maintenance.
Realisation of product launches.
Presentation of new technologies.
Searching for further potentials that can be exploited by customers. Providing technical product training to both clinic customers and the team as needed in relation to the use of company devices.
Providing information to regional business managers, commercial business managers and account specialists with regard to developments and trends with the product portfolio and market.
Exploring and evaluating new product ideas, and providing the sales manager and account manager with appropriate information.
Ensuring that all new or updated product information is passed on to customers and the team and understood by them.
Participating in relevant local and international trade fairs, conferences and lectures, at which the relevant information is passed on to the division team.
If necessary, submitting written reports to the Regional Business Manager.
Actively building up network and maintains contact with major customers and doctors / surgeons in the region.
Working closely and effectively with other members of the sales team and support units to ensure that the customer and patient receive the best possible quality of service.
Meeting or exceeding the goals / targets set by management for a customer or area in close cooperation with the account specialist.
Willingness and availability for frequent meetings with customers and other decision-makers.
Willingness for frequent business trips in the assigned area.
Knowledge of the product or procedures is an advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Foreign language skills - good knowledge of English, German and French, both spoken and written.
Good number skills are an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft ® Office.
Proof of experience in problem solving.
Excellent organisational skills.
