In this position, you act as office manager, daily logistic and administrative support as well as personal assistant to the CEO, to whom you report directly.

You act as main point ofcontact in finalizing the set up and running of the new Zug office. Next tothat, you manage a wide range of tasks including the reception desk, in or outgoing calls, handling postal and e-mail correspondence.
You also coordinatemeetings, travels and schedule calls. Representing the company, you are presentto welcome and assist visitors.
Depending on your experience and learning curve,working less than 100% would be possible.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree inAdministration, Secretariat or Office Management and have a minimum 3 yearsexperience as a Personal Assistant.
You have an excellent capacity to organizeand prioritize other people’s work and agenda. Proficient in MS-Officeapplications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), you have experience with digitalfiling systems and are able to introduce and run one from scratch.
Eager tolearn, you are not afraid of working with numbers and ideally dispose of somepractical knowledge in finance and accounting matters.
Your good communicationskills enable you to address correspondents appropriately at all levels of acorporate hierarchy. You are open minded and handle pressure well so as tomanage issues smoothly in a fast moving business environment.
You are reliableand able to tackle multiple tasks with flexibility and a sense of initiative. Youhave an excellent written and oral command of English (mother tongue orproficiency) and you speak and read German at an advanced level.
Considered an efficient problem-solver and awell-rounded personality with a cheerful and focused character, you areself-confident without being pushy and straight-forward without ever steppingbeyond your boundaries.
You are appreciated for your excellent social skills, yourpragmatism and a hands-on approach of all situations. In such a position, reliabilityand absolute discretion are a given.
