About the team you are joining
You will be working alongside the Assistant Managers ITSService Desk (GVA) while reporting to the Manager IT Operations & GlobalService Desk (YMQ).
The Intern Service Desk Officer is part of a Global ServiceDesk team and is responsible for delivering service level 1 support to all IATAusers in GVA.
