Who you are

You are a digital product leader with deep experience in product strategy, planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.

You are experienced in gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements and working closely with engineering, UX and design, commercial, medical and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals and communicate the product roadmap gaining buy-in across multiple stakeholder groups.

You will act as a mediator between the end-users, the business and the technical teams, communicating user needs and translating those needs into new product features for the team to design and deliver.

You are able to handle multiple tasks; have well-developed influencing skills, hold the ability to design the product architecture.

In addition, you enjoy acting as an influential leader able to drive collaboration, with prior experience to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with teams both cross-functionally and across geographies.

What you’ll do

  • You define the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the global product alongside the local market product owners.
  • You will lead the central product team and collaborate with the Content Operations Lead, UX and Design Lead and Engineering Lead to provide input and feedback to the product development plan to maximise user acquisition and retention.
  • Create a product deployment package to ensure the product is fully integrated into the local country overall marketing and communication strategy such as, but not limited to;
  • presence in key congresses, integration into global product brands plans and local go-to-market models, digital marketing strategy and field-force engagement.

  • You communicate, educate and train internal stakeholders while influencing without authority.
  • Ensure the right level of adoption and usage of the capabilities created, creating a shared brain across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
  • Continuous improvement of product growth strategies and processes.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Master’s degree, MBA desirable, Agile, Scrum or SAFE certification
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management : Successful track record in senior digital product manager roles with leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a team of Product Owners
  • You have proven experience in driving product adoption within multiple countries, international experience or previously in a global role
  • Good written, oral, presentation and communication skills in English
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional Information

    The Digital Product Lead is responsible for both product planning and product marketing of BiogenLinc, a Customer Engagement Product for Healthcare professionals.

    This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver a winning product.

    It also includes working with different areas of the business including commercial, marketing and medical to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.

    The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

    You will act as leader of the Product Owners, driving user engagement and adoption of the product.
