The lead on operational management for the Closures on Client Request team. Responsible for ensuring seamless processing of orders from IWM Front units for all IWM clients booked in Switzerland.
Responsible for the Former Client Unit covering all inquiries from all former IWM clients worldwide.
Leading the newly implemented Closures on Bank Request services.
You the responsibility of a Line Management including operational oversight of distributed team of approximately 10 people
Representing the IWM Front Support Center (FSC) in different working groups, projects as well as front offices.
Handling complex cases that require close collaboration between Legal / Compliance and required specialist teams.
Support further development of the service within IWM FSC
In addition :
Handling various cross-divisional projects such as AIA / AEI, USWHT, FIDLEG or Small Account Review as an IWM business representative
Acting as a move manager of the IWM Chief Operating Officer (COO) Front Support and Operational Management area; planning, coordinating and implementing all workplace-related moves and adjustments within the building.
A service receiver and one port of entry for all Group Business Support Services (GBSS) requests for IWM (mainly requests regarding Global Facilities Management for the attention of the IWM COO and the business area heads)
A university degree or an equivalent in working Experience; certification in relationship management is desired
Good knowledge of the Front / Relationship Management business and 7+ years of hands on leadership and banking business experience
