Service Manager (f / m) 80-100% Lausanne-Prilly Duties and responsibilities : Own the day-to-day and operational relationship with the defined enterprise account Business Customer(s)Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth As as Single point of contact, take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutionDevelop service procedures, policies and standards.

ITIL based)Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussionsControl resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, actively support performance improvement goalsCollaborate with and guide other Sunrise delivery units to achieve agreed deliverables and SLAs for customersAdhere to and manage the approved budgetManage SLA’sAnalyze statistics and compile accurate reports.

Own the SLA reporting towards the customerManage Continuous Service Improvement activities Generate up and cross selling opportunities Qualifications : Project management experience from large scale implementation projects.

Experience as a (customer) service manager in a relevant B2B (large accounts) environmentTelecom and / or IT industry knowledgeCustomer service / customer first mentality Can do attitude and approach to troubleshooting and creative problem-solving.

Get the job done .Advanced multi-tasking skillsGood networking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English (other Swiss national languages a plus).
