This contract is a great opportunity to join a global group focusing on the Biotech sector. The initial assignment will start in June / July 2019 and will last until June 2020.

The Operations Data Analyst role is part of the Global Operational Excellence team within the Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology (PO&T) organisation.
The team is responsible for creating value in PO&T data analytics, delivering effective KPIs and business intelligence dashboards.
This is achieved through timely data collection, data modelling and user-friendly visualization tools. The role is cross-
functional, working with stakeholders throughout PO&T and specifically in Global Supply Chain
Responsible for data source management and dashboard visualization of key operational KPIs that support the business process network wide.
Provide analytics support to operations groups as requested under the guidance of the Analytics group leader :
Acquire, harmonize and cleanse data from back-end systems and other sources to be used in BI dashboards.
Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows that support Tableau dashboards.
Develop and maintain electronic Tableau dashboards to support analytics initiatives.
Provide expertise for exploration, extraction and integration of data using integrated platforms and deployment of highly interactive dashboards.
Develop sustainable and automated data management solutions for analytics workstreams.
Develop new KPIs related to supply chain operations (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver).
Create and maintain documentation in relation to analytics business processes to help facilitate governance
Ease working with both data engineering / ETL and Tableau visualisations
Experience working in a project aimed at implementing supply chain predictive analytics.
2-4 years combined experience in pharma-biotech manufacturing or supply chain planning / operations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business analytics, information management or equivalent.
Solid working knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server BI platform.
Experience with automated data preparation - Extract, Load, Transform (ETL) processes - using Alteryx or similar.
Data engineering and / or data science experience would be an advantage.
Experience with SQL, Python or R an advantage.
Development of data acquisition from ERP systems.
Development of data quality and trust value KPIs for existing data sets.
Redesign, update and standardisation of Tableau dashboards.
Development of E2E supply chain visualisations (Tableau)
Contributing to the preparation of a road map for design and implementation of supply chain predictive analytics.
