This Is Your Job
Lead and support the successful integration, data, design, security and execution of CRM and loyalty program campaigns and communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Capture client requirements by leading effective conversations with business and technical client teams
Recommend tools and solutions based on the client's organization and needs
Provide technical direction and oversight to a project team consisting of solution architects, engineers, and analysts
Maintain data integrity and manage data inputs and outputs for client marketing campaigns
Offers alternative solutions for the integration of Salesforce core platform or other third-party systems
Support sales development and local outreach events
Contribute to our thought leadership by developing best practices, sharing your knowledge, and publishing your ideas on community channels
4+ years of experience in the Analytics / MarTech industry
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Certified on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Consultant)
Experience with at least one web analytics platform (Adobe, GA)
Experience using at least one tag management system
Vertical industry expertise (financial services, retail, healthcare, etc.) a plus
Fluent English, French skills, German a plus
