Your Impact

The future EMEA HR Director will be based in Switzerland and have a key role in driving the post-acquisition integration into the new group.

This position will initially focus on change management, organization design, coaching of senior leadership, talent attraction and retention, and employee relations.

They will also develop and roll-out an HR strategy to deploy a continuous improvement culture while ensuring long-term engagement of all employees.

More specifically, the incumbent will bring value on the key areas listed below : Partnering with senior leadership to design the target organization and the transformation roadmap, and to ensure that the company acquires, develops, and retains key talent across multiple geographiesDeploying the company’s culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growthDriving succession planning, talent identification, and talent reviews to ensure long-

term organizational bench strengthDelivering HR advice / service in areas including, but not limited to Workforce Strategy and Planning, Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Relations, and ComplianceAssisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through communications, meetings, etc.

Managing employee relations (directly on the Swiss site and with the help and support of the local teams in the rest of the EMEA region).

Ensuring key HR business systems, metrics, and workforce analytics are in place to identify areas of concern and support the creation and execution of plans to address any gaps.

Developing HR capability in the region to ensure long-term support to the business. Our NeedsThe successful candidate will be an HR executive with strong leadership and presence who immediately gains credibility at senior executive level.

They will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to generate enthusiasm at all levels in the organization.

They will be an HR leader with a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience who possesses demonstrated expertise in all areas of Human Resources in international settings, including leading and remotely managing international teams.

The future incumbent will hold a balanced mix of strategic thinking with demonstrated execution skills. They will have a high level of energy and enthusiasm and will demonstrate cultural savviness with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Perfect command of both German (native) and English are requirements for success in the role.
