We bring a human touch to every treatment we pioneer. Join us and make a difference. The Commercial Excellence Director, Worldwide Hematology Commercialization, will support the consistent roll out and execution of the WW commercialization strategy for each hematology asset and / or indication.

The Commercial Excellence Director will ensure the coordination and implementation of execution plans across the Hematology portfolio.

He / She will be responsible for building launch excellence tools as well a optimizing existing launch readiness processes, seamless communication to markets, and maintain an overview of qualitative KPI’s across markets.

Commercialization team represents non-core markets' point of view to WW Brand Teams and support strategy implementation with focus on those markets (depending on the brands, EU clusters, Spain, UK, Canada, Italy and priority markets within ICON region, overall defined later as KEY Hematology MARKETS).

Roles and Responsibilities Building launch excellence by leading launch / brand strategy process, including launch readiness framework definition and assessment, communicating to markets, and maintaining launch processes in collaboration with WW Brand Teams and Project Management Together with Head of WWCT lead the process for communication to markets by leading Business Unit Director forum Supporting the consistent roll out and execution of the WW commercialization / launch strategies for each hematology asset and / or indication, both in line and in a launch phase : INREBIC, luspatercept, CC-486, liso cel, ide cel, Revlimid, Pomalyst / Imnovid, Empliciti.

  • Acts as integrator between WWBT and affiliates / regional leadership Drive the facilitation and moderation of dynamic cross-market learning platform Support budget guidance to markets as well as alignment of Franchise input to the LTFP process Consolidate market insights and maintain visibility to be shared with global markets Identify and support key markets during the execution and decision making of opportunities n Cross-functional partnership with the markets and key leaders to solve any potential hurdles at the market level Support the implementation of a new operating model and help refine the rollout of a transparent affiliate engagement model Requirements BA / BS required;
  • MBA / graduate degree preferred. 10+ years broad industry experience in both operational and strategic roles; Experience within hematology or oncology is a plus Must have demonstrated ability to influence decision-making across a broad spectrum of business initiatives and manage large-scale complex projects and influence without direct authority.

    Ability to observe without judgment to gain critical business insights from market partners. Ability to examine business environment and develop / execute in response to business opportunities and needs.

    Ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and management. Ability to think strategically and to develop and implement action plans.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify key trends and opportunities for improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • strong presentation skills. Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think on her / his feet and provide solutions and alternatives.
