We develops, manufactures and sells world-wide a complete range of transducers and electronic systems for the monitoring of engines, turbines and other rotating machinery in both the aerospace and energy industries.

To further strengthen our " Quality " department, we are currently looking for a " Program & Development Quality Assurance Manager ".

The Position As " Program & Development Quality Assurance Manager " you will be accountable to ensure compliance with customers' requirements and act as internal point of contact for any customer quality issue.

  • You will also promote the Quality policy and Quality system though assistance to development and project organization. Finally, you will perform development process assurance activities within development projectsJob Core ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities for this role are : Ensure alignment between company policy and customers' requirements Provide support to the team to ensure that the quality activities within the development and projects processes are compliant to the customers' requirements Participate with the team to the main steps of the Engineering key process (Design reviews;
  • program gates; Authorities SOIs; etc.) Monitor and assure product compliance to the Design and Quality Standards, such as RTCA DO-254, DO-178, DO-160, as well as ARP4754, IEC-61508 and AS9100 Provide expertise for design and safety requirements relevant to the certification of the products Participate in project teams, documents and phase reviews, as a HW electronics specialist in quality and standards Manage Delegated Quality Representative program according to SAE AS13001 and applicable customers' requirements In collaboration with development and projects departments' managers, develop a quality culture and promote quality behaviors according to Meggitt policies among the teams Act as internal point of contact for specific customers quality issue Develop, manage and monitor quality assurance documents and plans, ensure their internal use Provide expertise and guidance in activities such as audits, FAI, development reviews and KPIs management Manage the program quality assurance team Job Specifications Your Profile Engineer or University Degree in Quality or equivalent Proven knowledge and relevant experience in a similar position the aerospace industry Certification as Auditor Fluent in French & good command in English Good knowledge of Aerospace standards and regulation (EASA Part 21 G & J;
