Description : Your mission
The role of this position is to contribute / run the Demand planning processes as well as monitoring order-to-cash process for attributed portfolio.
The Demand planning is about ensuring full visibility of future demand, sales forecast & opportunities (including tenders), via the use of specific tool / meeting (e.
g. Infor or Central Demand Review).
The position is also to ensure that all products required by customers are available with the right level of inventory in order to achieve business targets of marketing, sales, finance and operations.
Ensure good and smooth coordination between the department and all internal and external customers.
Ensure that delivery, transportation and distribution occurs properly and timely with the right shipping documentation, whilst optimizing costs
Central point of contact for quality issues and plan of action for recall, quality investigation, traceability inquiry, repack and other pharmaceutical operations
