About the team you are joining
Reporting to the Head, E-Commerce andCargo Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading thedevelopment and delivery of the special cargo agenda, delivering standards,business processes and solutions for the air cargo supply chain related to thetransport of live animals, perishables and temperature sensitive cargo and allother special cargo.
Thisincludes the development, maintenance and promotion of the standards throughcooperation with international organizations, trade associations such as UNICEF,CITES, OIE, Pharma.
Aero, CCA and ATA) as well as providing support to theimplementation of the standards by the industry stakeholders.
What your day would be like
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)on all topics touching the portfolio, your day would consist of the followingtechnical, business development and project management activities :

10-15 years of professional experience with proven success as team leader; successful leadership experience in change management at organizational and / or industry level.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate with people in a multi-cultural environment in different regions across the globe and gain consensus
Experience with one or several components of special cargo in the air logistics supply chain (airline / forwarder / shipper etc.)
Strong drive and desire to positively impact the air cargo industry.
Ability to work autonomously, driving multiple projects simultaneously and delivering tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills : interpersonal, written and verbal. Ability to interact with people of all cultures and levels.
Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail.
Dynamic personality, flexible, team-oriented, and able to show initiative and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and spoken English with additional languages an asset.
Travel Required : 20-30
