    The Digital Transformation Project Manager will partner with HR and leaders in the organisation to facilitate large-scale, systemic change.

    Analyse the organisation systemically, considering organisational strategy, culture, leadership, capabilities, structures, processes, and systems to determine appropriate interventions to drive change.

    Key activities typically include the design and facilitation of leadership and extended leadership events, overall change project planning and implementation, consultation on effective communication and change management methodologies, individual coaching for leaders, and the development and / or implementation of required training strategies.

    The scope of large-scale change projects could be across the global organisation, or within a division, affiliate, or function.

    Your responsibilities include :

  • Contribute to shaping people and culture practices to support digital transformation in Diagnostics and shape employee experience for digital talents
  • Lead project management activities for the people and culture workstream and support other workstreams as needed
  • Liaise with stakeholder in and outside of the organization to support knowledge sharing and expand and engage a network of change agents in the organization
  • Lead sub-workstreams e.g. on career pathways and deliver results that create impact in the organization
  • Support the DTO in creating transparency and sharing organisational learnings around digital transformation efforts

    To be successful we believe you will need 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a digital environment.

  • Experience working in multinational companies and matrix organizations
  • Project management skills are a plus Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
  • Solution-focused and strong collaborative mindset
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, to manage organizational complexity and to move in a fast paced environment
  • Passion to drive new initiatives, own topics end-to-end and have an impact in a transformation process
  • Proficiency in English
