We are looking for an HR & Administrative Officer for one of our client located in Neuchâtel. This is a permanent position.

  • Preparation of the payroll data on a monthly basis and integration into the accounting software
  • Your responsibilities :

  • Coordinate recruitment process (draft job descriptions, posting job ads, screening of candidates, interview scheduling, draft offer letters, contracts, etc)
  • Assist in the organization of business trips, staff trainings, group employee visits, etc
  • Coordination of the invoice processing with the Accounting team
  • Your profile :

  • Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC employé.e de commerce) or Bachelor degree
  • HR Certificate or equivalent degree (specialized in Swiss HR)
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in administrative or HR positions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in French mandatory, German and English highly appreciated
