Part of Leonardo (through its Helicopter division), Kopter is set to become a Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies;
also contributing to the development of new hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. The single-engine, turbine-powered SH09 now under development will outperform its peers with increased modularity, modern electronic systems, and a larger cabin and cargo hold.
The SH09 delivers latest safety standards, more performance and comfort at low operating costs. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based near Zurich, Switzerland with corporate / engineering offices at Wetzikon, and the production facilities in the towns of Mollis and Näfels.
Kopter has an additional facility in Munich, Germany where the company is focusing on engineering and Research & Technology activities.
Ensuring a proper workflow between HR and Finance departments in regards of alignments of relevant data, figures and numbers.
Data preparation and input in Hyperion, Kopter group-wide
Evaluation of the monthly payroll accounting runs
Monitoring and evaluation of accruals for overtime & vacation and bonus payment
Coordinating the FTE planning process and the personnel budget (costs, heads) and creating the forecast
Calculation and forecast of working hours in a long-term outlook
Preparing and analyzing various HR reportings in regards of headcount / labour costs / HR accounts
Analyzing variances between forecasts and actual data
Managing workforce information, reconcile HR data with financial data
Continuous improvement of SAP HR Accounting processes in cooperation with the IT department
Continuous development and improvement of HR Reporting and Controlling instruments and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field OR further education in Finance / HR Controlling & Analytics
1 3 years of proven working experience in a similar position (Junior level)
Good knowledge in management and finance, preferably within the aviation industry or relevant field
Good Excel Skills in order to create reports and financial documentation
Proficient SAP skills Modul FI / CO / MM / HR
Proven experience with the use of other financial software, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SQL, SAP etc.
Adaptility and cross-functionality with internal stakeholders and business partners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in working with Hyperion would be an advantage
