For a migration and integration project with international teamwork, we are looking for a new member to own the clarification of processes and lead the data mapping for the migration of a merchant portfolio of a joint venture with an Australian bank.

You will be closely working with the migration project stream lead in gathering, crafting and optimizing processes. This role allows you to establish a broad, international network within the company and capture insights into the different areas and the market offering.

This is a global project that requires frequent collaboration with collaborators throughout Europe and Australia.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Analyse the structure data fields and build up a solid understanding of those attributes
  • Lead the data mapping from source to target platform
  • Document and visualize the migration principles and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with the operational experts of the source's platform to bridge the two worlds
  • Interact closely with process owners, IT and / or product to gather input for the process clarification and documentation of the migration routines
  • Support the migration of the merchant portfolio, starting with simple customers and continue to increase the complexity step by step
  • Account business planning with regard to the structural further development of customer relationships including the delivery of plan data for budget planning
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • At least from 3 to 5 years of solid track record in a similar role
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, finance, IT or related field
  • Experience in addressing cross functional teams and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven record to operate as a true business partner, seeing the big picture, and work through ambiguity and change
  • Leadership skills and previous experience in collaboration with a global project team
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Excellent analytical / intellectual skills plus high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to travel europeanwide quarterly
