Main responsibilities

  • Defining, developing and managing operational Trade marketing & Visual merchandising activities for our worldwide network (Retail & Wholesale)
  • Supporting the markets’ commercial & marketing objectives by providing turnkey projects and managing implementations
  • Visual Merchandising

  • Leading VM retail and wholesale animation programs
  • Supervising worldwide implementations i.e. kits allocation, VM guidelines, VM community animation
  • Driving efficient collaboration with other departments i.e. creative team, purchasing, supply chain, store design planning
  • Supporting the Trade Marketing Manager on operational flows
  • Delivering Watches & Wonders windows scenography
  • Acting as the point of contact for the events team & markets on other scenography and merchandising matters (Les Cabinotiers events, roadshows etc )
  • Client Experience

  • Participating to activation plan, traffic and data capture through Visual Merchandising to offer temporary memorable experiences in our Flaghsip stores as part of our New Retail strategy
  • Studying potential opportunities to roll out customer experience tools to our full network
  • Participating actively in Zoning discussions.
  • Trade Marketing

  • Managing markets’ requests on special windows and POS wrap up temporary spaces
  • Ensuring consistency with all Trade Marketing & VM tools.
  • Updating Plate & Content guidelines according to customer flow and Brand message.

    You hold a Master degree in Marketing or equivalent

    You have significant experience in Marketing and / or Sales with international exposure,

    You have HQ and / or regional / local marketing experience,

    You master the Microsoft Office suite and are at ease with digital tools, SAP and Photoshop or equivalent,

    You speak fluent English and have at minimum a good level of French,

    You demonstrate solid analytical and organization skills, excellent project management & reporting skills,

    You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (across cultures, backgrounds, functions) with proven ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders,

    You are well organized and reliable, curious, proactive, client oriented and with a high level of motivation, energy and agility.
