Your responsibilities :

  • Be an integral Order Management team member in the issuance of software licenses and the use of the licensing tools.
  • Manage customer service levels plus resolve technical questions.
  • Provide excellent customer service in fixing issue and analyzing root causes.
  • Provide knowledge to customers on the mechanisms and special requirements of software licenses in accordance to, and within, our promised service level agreements.
  • Give correct priorities and organize workflow to ensure the business is satisfying customer requirements and achieving service level metric requirements against On time and Quality .
  • Drive continuous improvements analyzing & implementing new processes e.g. Lead-time reduction of the process times.
  • Provide guidelines and customer support to affiliate to ensure alignment of procedures and operation compliance.
  • Maintain high level of integrity in the release to manufacturing process to ensure SoftCo's interests are presented in release schedules and quality of release.
  • Ensure licensing instructions are maintained and up to date and perform tests for new products.
  • Must have :

  • Ideally a degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Experience in customer service function (3-5 years).
  • Good communication skills : English language (spoken and written) essential, other languages a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of the facets of the Order and Distribution Management Operations and Marketing disciplines.
  • MS Office Knowledge (Word, Excel, Access Database, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of SAP EPR systems or any licensing tool tools is an advantage, as well as Siebel or SFDC (Sales Force).
  • Ability to present, sell and implement ideas to various levels both internal to the organization and external.
  • Be a self-starter : take ownership for getting results, a team player, experienced in working within an international environment.
