Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator for our headquarter in Basel to manage and oversee our new third party payroll provider.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee our third party payroll provider for employees based in Switzerland (Visp & Basel) and Germany
Collect payroll and benefit information from various sources and provide monthly payroll instructions to our payroll provider
Control the monthly payroll records from the payroll provider
Communicate with employees of all levels regarding all payroll matters, including troubleshooting of issues
Coordinate with health insurance and pension fund to ensure accuracy of payroll records
Assist with ad hoc projects as necessary and perform any other job duties
Commercial degree (KV / Kaufmännische Ausbildung)
At least 3 years of experience in vendor management
Excellent organizational skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
Motivated, detail-oriented and strong problem solving ability
Fluent in Englisch and German
