Job Description

  • Proactively monitor implementation of the internal compliance with investment policies and procedures across Europe
  • Liaison with external and internal auditors, in particular requests for documentation.
  • Corporate housekeeping administrative support (including filing, uploading and updating overviews), contract management compliance.
  • Produce quarterly and yearly acquisition report for corporate management.
  • Support various investment compliance and risk management related tasks, processes and projects as required.
  • Back-up for investment committee secretary.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree, affinity with numbers, financials & corporate governance.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English in writing and verbally; good knowledge of German (B2 / C1) is an advantage.
  • Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary / international teams highly desired.
  • Good communication, diligent and organized way of work.
  • Interested in a long term role
  • Ability to function collaboratively and be open to sharing, growth and learning in a team environment consistent with the goals of the company
  • Flexible and dynamic team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
