Duties and responsibilities :
Be the lead for complex projects and changes in the Customer Service business unit covering all customer segments, service locations and teams
Effectively manage projects from scoping to delivery with a strong focus on impact analysis and customer experience design
Ensure operational readiness of changes in a timely and cost-conscious manner & deliver all stakeholder relevant communication and reporting
Drive business case creation & controlling, impact assessment & tracking of all changes
Act as a customer champion - to ensure that their needs are what always drives the work in the organization
Ensure strong collaboration with Project Team, Management, CS Agents and other stakeholders across the organization
Use your solid understanding of processes and programs to drive your designs & concepts
What we look for in an applicant :
Solid knowledge and relevant university studies in Business, Project Management or a related field
Experience in a similar position, preferably Change Management or Project Management roles
Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
Able to quickly grasp business processes, operations and procedures
Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
Business fluent in English and strong understanding of German
