The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the marketing strategy and activation plans for our e-Commerce & digital accounts globally and all social media channels including CRM & loyalty accountabilities.

This role requires a proven track record in building strong brands digital experience with consumer first approach. While working collaboratively with th cross functional team lead and regions, the Senior digital Marketing manager will deliver comprehensive marketing plans & initiatives to strengthen brand health metrics and drive sell through and customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrate and understanding of consumer, digital marketing & buying trends
  • Targeted approach aligned to the icebreaker target consumer and defined consumer buying targets aligned with our strategic framework.
  • Formulate Global strategies & guidelines for consumer centric opportunities, taking into consideration the specific consumer profiles for each digital accounts.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing strategies & activation plans, tactics for digital account to fuel demand, raise brand awareness and consideration, improve engagement across consumer touchpoints, drive traffic and increase conversion
  • Work collaboratively with broader marketing team (including creative / brand / comms / wholesale) to deliver optimized brand experience, brand presence, impactful product launches, and digital content in line with brand calendar.
  • Evolve brand calendar into a digital-first plan taking into consideration commercial and consumer needs across digital channels.
  • Budget management to maximize ROI and support commercial objectives.
  • Track & analyse marketing activities / results and leverage insights to continuously improve marketing activities and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with all business stakeholders to develop digital strategies that focuses on the right assortment and the right activation strategy within the marketplace & consumer first approach.
  • Educate, influence, inform regularly key stakeholders in the organisation about digital developments, opportunities and needed capabilities.
  • Elaborate CRM & loyalty strategy and plans globally for brand building and consumer satisfaction.
  • Develop Global Brand digital strategies across social media channels and create communities within our consumers.
  • What’s on your CV?

  • Education : University Degree or equivalent, preferably in business or economics
  • Minimum experience of 6-8 years in e-commerce, digital Brand business or Digital marketing
  • Technical understanding of online business and digital outdoor / fashion marketplace
  • Proven track record of implementing digital brand platforms, sales programs, and procedures
  • Understanding of social media strategies and brand building tactics & KPIS.
  • Experience in CRM / Loyalty management and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen
  • Goal oriented and a driven individual, analytical strategic mind-set
  • Great leadership and coaching skills
  • Management of social media channels would be a plus
  • Language skills : Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus.
