The Marketing & Brand Content Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production of branded contents for all marketplace channels with a focus on bringing the brand creative direction to life.

It is also a crucial role within our regional team that requires ability to brief agency and creative teams, share and distribute contents accordingly to channels / needs and align with global HQ on GTM planning and execution.

In this role you will also be responsible to create content production plans, calendar and fine tuning processes to establish a content machine engine framework.

This role requires a proven track record in building great contents, be a rock star in production planning and strong digital mindset to help the execution of brand activation into EMEA.

The objectives of this role are to strengthen brand experience , optimizing processes while increase internal sharing to position the Dickies brand as a leader of workwear and work-inspired apparel.

How You Will Make a Difference :

  • Coordinate all channels & branded contents production with a focus on brand strategic priorities; from shootings to social media creatives.
  • Streamline content process production to be living within GTM process timeframe : from seasonal brief to agency pitch and execution roll-out.
  • Optimize internal content sharing within EMEA collaborating with Global team on a variety of assignment including Global campaigns, collaborations and special projects
  • Partner up with product and sales team to ensure sell-in assets are planned and delivered on time while respecting and monitoring the assigned budget with the aim of maximizing usage and building regional best practices.
  • Elevate brand aesthetic with a focus on consumer needs and how to translate into brand visual language, following brand guidelines and seasonal objectives
  • Be the point of contact for asset’s distribution, ability to manage a Digital assets management repository with an eye on continuous improvement
  • Skills for Success

  • Academic : University Degree or equivalent via experience
  • Experience : Must have 2-3 years of brand marketing / Digital Marketing / 3rd party agency experience or in branded environment
  • Fast-thinker, energetic with a progressive mindset. Disruptive approach to content creation and streetwear industry standards.
  • Deep understanding of the Dickies brand with a passion for the lifestyle fashion industry.
  • Notions of Graphic design / typography including usage of Adobe Suite.
  • Language skills : Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of German, French, Spanish and Italian would be a plus.
