Our client is a Multi Family Office, based in Geneva, Switzerland. At this moment the client is interested in bringing in a Senior Relationship Manager to their wealth management department who will be overseeing a large book of Swiss Onshore UHNW clients.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be in charge of growing and overseeing your book of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all business development and advising clients on their investments.

The ideal candidate must be commercial and results driven whilst seeking to add value to their clients in their investment strategy.

S / he must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, and high-profile financial environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Must be able to bring in minimum revenues of a $1 million within 12 to 15 months.
  • Must be able to bring in a minimum of $100-150 million in AUM within the first 2 to 3 years.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills and have a demonstrated experience of managing and handling the sophisticated needs of individuals and families.
  • The right candidate will be effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s needs and advising on a diverse range of wealth management solutions.

  • S / he Must have experience in controlling and monitoring of risk within a client book.
  • S / he will need to have substantial experience of the Financial Services industry, particularly in the areas of regulated products and services to HNW & UHNW customers.
  • The candidate will maintain a full, up to date understanding of the general financial markets dynamics and current financial concepts.
  • Profile :

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience developing and managing UHNW clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience applying deep credit expertise, working knowledge of investment portfolios and trust solutions.
  • Ability to foster and maintain private banking relationships with high level of competency.
  • Proven ability of business development and origination experience of new UHNW clients.
  • A successful client onboarding track record dealing with complex and sophisticated investment requirements.
  • Excellent language skills, in French, and English. Any other European languages would be an asset.
