Job Description

  • Administrative and organizational support of HR Business Partners
  • Handling the diverse personnel administration such as contracts, employment certificates,
  • Agreements, confirmations and all personnel processes
  • Mutation of wage data using the SAP HR system
  • Editing and coordinating on / off and overdrive including contract negotiation
  • Obtaining all documents and calculations; Recording and controlling working hours and absences
  • Creating and maintaining personal dossiers and general filing
  • Participation and implementation of HR projects
  • Communication with external service providers
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Completed vocational training, e.g. a basic business education with relevant additional training in HR
  • Ca. 2-3 years professional experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent in French, German, and English
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labour law
  • Hands-on mentality as well as an independent and correct way of working
  • High service and customer orientation
